Very friendly crew with amazing food.The cotoletta alla Bolognese was the best dish we had on our travel between Lombardia and Emiglia-Romana.

Service is as exceptional! It was muggy out when we went and the mosquitoes were coming after me. The waitress noticed and brought me out a bottle of bug spray! Great people and fantastic food!

Decent restaurant for casual hangout. Everybody was very kind, and service was prompt. Food was not top quality, but nicely served.

this is a restaurant inside an hotel so the decor is a bit anonymousthe food is good, they make everything fresh, nice tasty dishes and really super convenient with thefork offersalso the service is super friendly, the waiter was nice, welcoming and professional

Lovely place with the character. Very good service and friendly staff. Food was good however mix of cut ham was disappointing, they could think about improving this option especially for the price. Overall it&rsquo;s a nice restaurant and we all had a good  time.

Sono stato a La Fabbreria due volte. La prima a gennaio 24 da solo e la seconda pochi giorni fa (aprile 24) in compagnia di una conoscenze lavorativa. In entrambe le occasioni, ottima cucina sia con il men&ugrave; invernale (piaciuta molto la lingua proposta a fettine sottilissime su un letto di rucola) che con il men&ugrave; pi&ugrave; estivo (ottima la battuta). Molto abbondante la frittura dolce e salata: pi&ugrave; che sufficiente per un intero pasto senza prendere altro. L&#39;ambiente &egrave; schietto e gradevole. Anche quando abbastanza affollato (essendo vicino alla Fiera si riempie in occasione di grandi eventi) il servizio resta adeguatamente celere e piacevolmente simpatico e conviviale. Ho notato che manca una quota rosa nel servizio in sala, ma tutti sono simpatici e aperti.  Prezzo medio sui 35-40 euro esclusi vini.

I was in La Fabbreria twice, the first one on January 24 alone and the second one on April 24 a few days ago, with a worker knowledge company. At both occasions, excellent kitchen with both winter menus (it likes the language offered with very thin slices on a rucola bed) and with the most summer menus (it is a good joke). The sweet and salty friction is very plenty: more than enough for a whole meal without taking another. The environment is quiet and pleasant. Even when a lot of people are crowded (being close to the Fair is filled in occasion of major events), the service remains quiet and pleasantly sympathetic and friendly. I noticed a pink share of the room service, but everyone is sympathetic and open. average price on 35-40 euro excluding wines.
